大家好！我叫张佳，来自货运部，今天，我演讲的题目是：《奉献青春伴银鹰自由翱翔》。
我所从事的货运安检工作，与客运安检相似，都是对通过安检仪的物品，经X射线扫描后，通过信号处理转换为图像，而显示在屏幕上。安检员凭借专业知识，通过屏幕上显示的不同物体的形状及颜色，来判断物品的性质。任何可能对航空安全构成威胁的危险品、违禁品都不允许装上飞机。货运安检是保障空防安全最重要的一道关口。
7月，我正式上岗的第一天，领导就语重心长地对我说：货运安检工作责任重大，想要成为一名优秀的安检员要吃很多苦，工作中要做到‘快、准、细、严’，即在保障安全的前提下，货物通过安检的速度要快；
货物的属性判断要准确；
不能忽视任何一个细节；
严格检查、严格把关，确保安全万无一失。当时，各项业务培训成绩全部优秀的我自信满满,对领导的话也只是一听而过。
真正走上安检岗位，每天高强度的工作和巨大的责任、压力，才让我体会到，现实中的安检工作远比想象中难得多。
有时，我们会遇到货主的质疑和不理解。一次，我通过屏检查出货物中夹带的一瓶粘合剂，按照规定我进行了退运处理。起初，货主十分不理解，说：小同志，通融一下吧，
这点儿东西能有啥影响呀？我这东西有急用的……我耐心的对货主说：粘合剂属于易燃品，严禁航空运输，一旦发生意外，将威胁飞机和旅客安全，造成无法挽回的严重后果。请您理解和配合我们的工作。
经过耐心解释，最终，货主被我说服了，他对我说：没想到南航货运的同志这么认真负责，就冲你们这种专业素质，在南航发货，我放心！得到了货主的认同，我十分欣慰。
早出港时段的货物情况最为复杂，邮包、快件中经常混装有多个种类的物品，刚刚参加工作的我，由于经验不足，无法准确判断物品的性状，只好增加开包率，影响了货物通过的速度。在出港货物集中发运的高峰时段，看着整个库区堆满了等待安检的货物，面对货主焦急期盼的神情，我心里十分焦急。有时一个班下来，很久都无法从那种紧张亢奋的状态中脱离出来，精神和身体都十分疲惫。
这时我方才体会到快、准、细、严的重要意义，只有掌握过硬的安检业务技能，才能快速、准确地确定物品的属性，才能做到在保证安全的前提下，提高安检工作的效率。
为提高业务技能，我利用业余时间到图书馆和网上学习安检知识，同时注重采集不易识别、难以区分的的可疑危险品图像，如一次性打火机，火柴、鞭炮，烟花，纽扣电池等，身边找不到的就自己去买，将这些危险物品，分门别类，采集屏检图像，找出图像中的特点和鉴别方法，并认真记录下
来。经过多年的工作实践和业余时间不断的学习积累，我的业务技能水平迅速提升，工作效率和准确度大幅提高，安全意识也大大增强。
空防安全无小事，失之毫厘，差之千里，安全责任重于泰山。我们必须时刻保持清醒的头脑，做到人在岗位，心系安全，坚持空防安全的操作规程一点不松，执行空防安全的指令、规定一字不变，履行空防安全的职责一寸不退，严格确保空防安全万无一失。
几年来，在我和同事们的共同努力下，货运部安检站圆满完成了奥运安保、国庆安保等重大安保任务，多次查获易燃液体、腐蚀性物品、锂金属电池等对航空器危害较大的危险品和违禁品，多次受到分公司和局方表扬，被评为省级工人先锋号和青年文明号，成为一支能打硬仗的优秀团队。我个人也多次在安检业务大赛中取得优异成绩，由一名普通安检员成长为一名合格的带班主任。
十年弹指一挥间，我已经在安检岗位上工作了十个年头，十年的苦乐酸甜磨练了我坚毅的性格、培养了我严谨的工作作风，也给了我幸福快乐的生活。当我看到一架架飞机平安飞翔时，想到机上装载着经过我们安全检查的货物，心中那种责任与使命感犹然，我由衷的感受到安全快乐，快乐安全；
安全幸福，幸福安全。
